Q: How can I place my order?

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for purchases made online. You may mail payment in the form of check, cashier's check or money order to our office:

Q: How are publications shipped?
A: Books are shipped by DHL ground delivery unless next day or 2-day service is requested.

Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Orders generally ship the same business day if it is submitted prior to 3:00 pm CST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST or on a weekend, ship the following business day.

Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A: Shipping charges are based on a price table as follows:

Q: What if the book is not what I need? Can it be returned?
A: We honor returns on all publications except a few books which are indicated on the web pages. Our return policy is:

1. Publications must be returned within 30 days of their delivery.
2. Return shipping and charges are responsibility of buyer.
Returns should be shipped via UPS, DHL or Fed Ex.
3. A full credit or refund will be applied minus shipping charges if returned in original condition.
4. A restocking charge may apply if:
(a) Product returned is not in original condition
(b) Product is returned after 30 days
(c) Three or more different products are returned

Standard copyright applies to all publications. No part of any publication may be photocopied, reproduced, transmitted, stored or retrieved in any form or by any means, except as allowed by law, without the expressed written permission of the publisher.
