if the book is not what I need? Can it be returned?
A: We honor returns
on all publications except a few books which are indicated
on the web pages. Our return policy is:
1. Publications must
be returned within 21 days of their delivery.
2. Return shipping and charges are
responsibility of buyer.
Returns should be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Priority
Mail.
3. A full credit or refund will be applied
minus shipping charges if returned in original condition.
4. A restocking charge may apply if:
(a) Product returned is not in original
condition
(b) Product is returned after 21 days
(c) Three or more different products are returned
Standard copyright applies to all publications. No part
