BILLING

Consistency and determination. Practice Support has a dedicated team for your practice. The team isever-present, working through your billing needs daily. No delays in reimbursement or collections will follow. The team has extensive knowledge and will work collaboratively through any changes in reimbursements from various payer sources. A collective team follows your billing from the superbill to the reimbursement, advocating for each dollar your time is worth. 

Our medical billing teams provide services for behavioral health and medical health experts, including Neurosurgeons, Urologists, Oncologists, Nurse Practitioners, Primary Care, Dermatologists, Cardiologists, ABA, Psychology, Mental Health, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy.

Billing services are based on a percentage of overall revenue collected. This means that billing services are paid once your practice is paid. If you are a new practice, the costs are only applied once you are paid. With us on board, there will be no need to pay an hourly biller or in-house biller to collect reimbursement.

We do have an EMR and PMS integrated, CCHIT approved, enabling your practice to receive the $44000 that the government promises. Moreover, our network of billers can suggest and help you shortlist the right software to purchase for your practice. Our Billers are experienced in using varied software and can apply themselves to practically any software.

Our trained professionals would help your clinic to come up to par with ICD -10 as the clinic’s requirements. We consult and verify changes to be implemented and train your staff accordingly.

The number of employees working on your account will depend on the specific service(s) you need.  We customize our services for each client, with most having a go-to account manager and a team of medical billers and coders. 

Our team members have more than a decade’s experience in medical billing and coding.  We pride ourselves in the fact that we’re continually educating ourselves in the specialties we serve and are constantly looking for new ways to serve our clients better. 

We follow all the compliance/HIPAA regulations on software and IT. We ensure that the PHI is secured and every Billing professional is put through a HIPAA training session regularly. We also have HIPAA audits once every two months plus reports get reviewed by experts

The practice owner decides whether the payer coverage is good enough or not.  However, as your service partner, we can recommend the best insurers in your specialty.

At Practice Support, we strive to ensure our clients concentrate on providing the best service to their patients while still being aware of their collections. We are able to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to discuss anything that needs to be addressed.

Practice Support is based in Glenwood Springs, CO, and provides services to healthcare facilities throughout all 50 states.

We have achieved a greater than 95% success rate in all the specialties we cater to. We aim to keep our success rate at 99%+ as we do for many clients.

We follow up on patients regarding claims as and when required by the practice.

We provide services to clinics nationwide. If needed, there will be no issues transitioning your clinic or practice to another state

Our charges pertaining to hospital and clinic claims are 4-6% depending on the volume and specialty of the services.

Our value-added services include a patient call center, consultancy services, practice marketing & promotion recommendations, healthcare trend updates, and customized regular reporting, when needed. 

We charge a start-up fee to new clients.

All services provided by Practice Support will require a contract with a 30-day notice for clients who request to end their service(s).
